Ayelet Zurer is among Israel's most well-known actresses. She was born in Tel Aviv and was first recognized by Hollywood when Steven Spielberg cast her in her first role in English as Eric Bana's wife in Munich (2005). Since moving to the United States, Zurer has been in Studio films such as Sony Pictures' Vantage Point featuring Dennis Quaid and William Hurt and Samuel Goldwyn's Fugitive Pieces with Stephen Dillane, Paul Schrader's Adam Resurrected opposite Jeff Goldblum and Willem Dafoe. She was also nominated as the most apt role in 2014's top drama "Shtisel" as well as she was named the most outstanding actress for drama for her role as a brilliant doctor facing the dilemma of life and death in Hostages. The show was licensed to BBC4 and Canal Plus and the American ABC. The "face " of one of Israel's top women's clothing companies- Golbary. She is a writer, producer, illustrator, and a co-author on "Shorts", the first adult book written by Gabi Nitazn. Ayelet is currently working on few of her own projects in Israel and the US, expressing her desire to work internationally with directors from across the globe she believes in joining with new writers/directors as well as known ones.
